The Millenia Town Center includes two projects totaling ±131,000 SF of retail space at the gateway to the ±210 acre Millenia community and is oriented to maximize exposure to SR 125 Toll Road and Birch Road. Situated at the Birch Rd interchange with SR 125 Toll Road and immediately across the street from the front of the Otay Ranch Town Center Mall, Millenia Town Center will have excellent visibility to and from Macy’s, H&M, DSW Shoes, Best Buy, Ulta Beauty, Famous Footwear, Party City, PF Changs, Macaroni Grill and Chilis, just to name a few.
There are currently +/- 1,600 units existing or under construction within the Milllenia masterplan and the ±135 room Ayres Hotel and fire station are under construction immediately adjacent to Millenia Town Center.
In addition, the trade area, which includes the ± 200 acre EastLake Business Park, the ±150 acre Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center, a proposed ±384 acre University site and a proposed ±85 acre Regional Technology Park, is proposed to add ±18,000 additional residential units at build out.
