This up-and-coming location has many exciting projects underway! Here are just a few of the projects that are greatly impacting this area and transforming it into PRIME location for commercial development.
DoubleBranch – formerly known as Pasco Town Center, is an expansive project that will feature 4 million square feet of industrial development, 725,000 square feet of office, 400,000 square feet of retail, 3,500 housing units and 300 hotel beds on a 965-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Interstate 75 and State Road 52. At completion, DoubleBranch will generate over $600 million in long-term economic impact on an estimated $2 billion buildout for the surrounding area. According to Pasco EDC.
AMAZON ROBOTIC SORATION CENTER (ARSC) – Just a few parcels west of the subject property on State Road 52 and Bellamy Brothers Boulevard is the site for the future 517,220 square foot Amazon facility. This $150 million center is being built at Eagle Industrial Park, a 127-acre property that was identified as part of the Pasco EDC Ready Sites Program. It is expected to employ 500 workers.
ANGELINE MIXED-USE COMMUNITY – A massive community likened to a small city that will have about 35,000 residents. This wellness themed community is in its beginning stages of development on 6,200 acres, east of the Suncoast Parkway and south of State Road 52.
MOFFIT CANCER CENTER – Located within the Angeline Community, this Pasco campus will include a massive research and corporate innovation district. Site entitlements for Moffitt’s project, which encompass 24 million square feet, include plans for a hospital, research and development space, office, manufacturing, laboratories, pharmacies, educational facility/university, hotel, and commercial space. The multiyear, multiphase project is expected to create 14,500 jobs.
