It has been Site Certified through Indiana Michigan Power (AEP), Fiber Ready through AT&T, and Rail Prime through Norfolk Southern.  With all utilities on-site, Alexandria has 9 MW of power currently and up to 100 MW within 30 – 36 months. Water on-site is upgraded to over 2 MGD.  All environmental studies completed and clear.  Located mid-point between Muncie’s Ball State University and Indianapolis, with Purdue Polytechnic Anderson just 20 minutes away is ideal for manufacturing or life science.
